Our Vision
In its simplest form, our vision is a world where members and health plan team members can find accurate provider information at the click of a button. Where a health plan can deploy its resources in expanding its network, filling gaps, and providing innovative services to help people, instead of fighting against less-than-ideal data. Where a health plan can ensure that members have ample options when it comes to getting the care they need. Where providers can reduce the amount of time they have to spend on administrative tasks and instead focus their energy where it should be – caring for patients. We believe that bringing this to fruition will naturally lead to improved efficiency and reduced costs within our healthcare environment and we’re excited to embark upon this journey with every one of our customers.
Leadership
Decipher Solutions was founded by Dave Medlock to solve the toughest challenges in the healthcare industry. Over 20 years in leadership and consulting roles for healthcare payers and vendors, Dave recognized the need for a fresh approach to managing provider data. So he set about developing the Maven One platform to solve the challenges his consulting customers faced repeatedly. Today, Dave oversees the development of the Maven One platform and continues to support healthcare payers in their efforts to modernize and streamline their technology and operations. He has served over two dozen payers and insurers including Aetna, Humana, Cigna, and Blue Shield of California, along with many smaller and regional plans.
